I am an experienced, clinically trained, master’s level licensed professional counselor based out of Michigan. I have had amazing success working with both teenagers and adults in outpatient clinics as well as in private and public high school settings. I have had the great honor of helping thousands of people achieve a greater sense of balance, learn how to manage stress and feelings of overwhelm, support improvement in emotional and mental health, and help clients achieve greater overall satisfaction with life for over 13 years. Also, I am obsessed with learning and reading - I am constantly adding to my knowledge base to better help those I serve. To put it simply, I love to help and I strive to be the most effective therapist I can be.
